Helping you find the root cause of health conditions 

Hi, I’m Sally – a Systematic Kinesiologist and Reiki Practitioner.

 

I help people tune into what symptoms are trying to tell them, using them as signposts that lead us to the root cause of health conditions.

 

What I Offer:

My sessions are designed to help you explore the root cause of your health concerns – whether physical, emotional, or energetic – and guide you towards deep, lasting balance as well as empowering you to recognise your body's cues for yourself. I don’t offer quick fixes; I offer a space to reconnect, realign, and restore.

 

Systematic Kinesiology

Systematic Kinesiology is a non-invasive, holistic therapy that works across the physical, nutritional, emotional, and energetic systems of the body. Through gentle muscle testing, lymphatic massage, neurovascular work, energy balancing, and techniques rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kinesiology helps reveal what the body needs to come back into balance.

 

Common reasons people seek out Kinesiology include:

  • Digestive issues

  • Hormonal imbalances

  • Fatigue and burnout

  • Chronic pain or physical tension

  • Anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • Feeling stuck, disconnected or trapped by limiting beliefs

Each session peels back another layer, helping you understand the signals your body is giving you, and gently guiding you toward healing at the root. Sessions take place at 4-6 week intervals, the number of sessions dependent on how long the health concern has been an issue. Generally speaking, clients say they feel 80% percent better after 3 sessions.

 

Reiki

Reiki is a deeply calming energy healing practice that channels life-force energy through the practitioner to support your body, mind, and emotions in whatever way is most needed. Reiki doesn’t try to force or fix – it simply offers your system the space to return to its natural state of balance.

 

Reiki can be especially supportive if you're experiencing:

  • Stress or nervous system overload

  • Difficulty sleeping or unwinding

  • Physical discomfort with no clear cause

  • Emotional heaviness or low mood

  • A desire to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level

Reiki sessions can take place as often as required, although most clients opt to attend every 4 weeks or as quarterly self-check-ins.

 

If you’re navigating chronic symptoms, emotional turbulence, or simply feel disconnected from your body, my sessions offer a calm, grounded space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

 

Together, we’ll work with your body – not against it – to uncover what it’s trying to say and support you back into alignment.
