Deep Tissue, Sports, and Holistic Massage

With over 20 years’ experience, Emma has worked in London, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi treating international triathletes, elite marathon runners, rugby and netball teams, as well as members of royal families.

​

Emma typically provides full-body treatments while also focusing on specific problem areas or injuries, tailoring each session to the individual.

​

Outside of work, Emma enjoys a busy family life with her two young children and, since retiring from netball, keeps active with walking and yoga.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
9:30am – 2:30pm (East Grinstead)

Pricing:
60 minutes – £65
90 minutes – £85
