Jamie is a highly experienced and compassionate massage therapist, offering a range of treatments including Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Holistic/Relaxing Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Reflexology.

With over 10 years in the industry, Jamie has worked in many of Sussex’s top spas, she’s run her own clinic, and supported football and rugby teams with hands-on care. Her unique blend of therapeutic experience allows her to tailor each treatment to suit your individual needs — whether you're recovering from an injury, managing stress, or simply looking to unwind.

Jamie also works as part of a therapy team within the NHS and brings a warm, grounded approach to her sessions. Outside of work, she enjoys life as a busy mum and taps into her creative side through dance classes.
