Refer a Friend Reward Scheme

SIMPLY OSTEO CLINIC - REFER A FRIEND SCHEME
 
Existing patients receive £5 off their next treatment for each new patient they refer.

New patients receive £5 off their first treatment when they mention the referral code: FRIEND5 & mentioning their friends (or family members) name.
(New patients be sure to mention the person’s name who referred you so we can send them a discount too!)

Eligibility:
The scheme is open to all existing patients.

New patients must mention the referral code FRIEND5 and the name of the person referring them at the time of booking, either over the phone to our reception team or by adding a note during the online booking process.

Limitations:
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one £5 discount per appointment.

The referral discount is valid for 12 weeks, all discounts after this time will be lost.
