Steph is a qualified Osteopath and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncturist. 

 

Steph graduated in Osteopathic Medicine from NESCOT in Epsom and has been in practice as a TCM Acupuncturist since 2008.  She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including multidisciplinary clinics, low-cost clinics, and cancer support centers.

 

Steph enjoys combining Osteopathic techniques and acupuncture/dry needling to provide tailored treatment solutions and incorporating exercises and signposting to appropriate lifestyle advice. She has interests in musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain conditions, migraine and headache, women’s health and cancer care.

 

Steph enjoys strength training, spin cycling, Pilates and walking in the countryside. 

 

Steph is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

on Tuesdays 9am-2pm & Thursdays 2pm-8pm
