Holistic Massage

The TRUE Holistic Massage not just relaxing treatment but a very 360 degrees experience, which include a Full-Body Bioenergetic assessment through Bioscan* and utilizing different type of approaches like foot reflexology, acupressure point techniques and soft tissue techniques to restore the natural bioenergetic equilibrium.

*Bioscan is a method that allows to perceive the Biofield, (the natural Electromagnetic Body Field to simplify)

detecting any energetic imbalances related to Organs, Meridians or Nadis and major energetic centres aka Chakras.

Advanced Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage (which is not Hard Pressure) aims to release and relieve tension throughout the muscular and fascial network. The focus is on the deeper layers of muscle and fascia where chronic restriction can disrupt correct muscle performance, health, and range of movement.

The application of strokes is performed in a slow deliberate manner, working within the limits of a client’s pain threshold, accessing and reducing the chronic build up of fibrotic tissue, working to reduce and ultimately eliminate previously accumulated scar tissue, realigning collagen fibres in the process.

As with all massage, the nervous system is stimulated on some level, Deep Tissue Massage aims to work in conjunction with the Central Nervous System to relax and lengthen muscles.

Price: £70 per hour / £40 half an hour

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. This therapy is based on the principle that pain in one area of the body can often be referred from an underlying trigger point, or muscle knot, in a different area.

Trigger points can develop in any muscle, but some common ones are in the jaw, neck, hip, low back, shoulders, and head. The goal of this therapy is to interrupt the neural signals that cause both the trigger point and the pain. This can help eliminate pain, re-educate the muscles into pain-free habits, reduce swelling and stiffness of neuromuscular pain, increase range of motion, and improve flexibility and coordination.

Oncology Massage

Oncology Massage is a type of massage therapy that adapts to the needs of cancer patients and caregivers. It uses a light touch and slow movements to provide comfort, relaxation, and symptom management. This approach to massage therapy is based in both compassion and specialized massage treatments to help people manage their experience with cancer.

Benefits of oncology massage include improved relaxation, sleep, and immune function as well as relieving anxiety, pain, fatigue, and nausea. Oncology massage can be beneficial at any stage of cancer treatment and recovery.

Traditional Relaxing Massage

Relaxation Massage, as its name suggests, is a form of massage therapy that focuses on providing general relaxation, relieving muscle tension, and improving blood circulation. Its primary goal is to assist the client in escaping the demands of their everyday tasks and taking quality time to recover from the stresses of everyday life.

The treatment involves:

➢ Long, smooth, gliding strokes that are both rhythmic and flowing.
➢ Pressure that is deeply relaxing, but not painful.
➢ A treatment designed to relax and soothe you, but not to relieve chronic pain or other

underlying conditions.

The benefits of a relaxation massage usually last several days after receiving the treatment. It may not be the absolute cure for any health problem, but getting regular massage, specifically relaxation massage, can offer benefits such as relieving back and neck pain, lowering blood pressure, improving peripheral circulation, improving skin tone and appearance, improving gastrointestinal motility (hence improving bowel movement and overall digestion), reducing muscle tension such as the relief of muscle tension headaches.

Sport & Remedial Massage

➢ Sports Massage: This is a form of massage that involves the manipulation of soft tissue and myofascial structures to help prevent and relieve injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, and maintain it in optimal condition, and help athletes recover from workouts. Sports massage is a group of techniques that can be tailored to different sports and goals. It can benefit both athletes and non-athletes.

➢ Remedial Massage: This is a complementary therapy that treats muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues that are damaged, tense, knotted, or immobile. It aims to reduce or eliminate pain, restore normal function, and promote healing of the affected areas. Remedial massage is based on the assessment and treatment of the specific needs and conditions of the client.

The method consists in investigating:

➢ Natural electromagnetic emissions coming from the environment through Geobiophysics (1) and Geobiology (2) analysis.

➢ Technical electromagnetic emissions coming from artificial sources such as electric cables, antennas, microwaves, Wi-Fi routers, etc through Electrobiology analysis (3).

The analysis is mainly performed in an indoor environment where people usually spend most of their time, such as bedroom, living room, office, or home workspace but it can also be performed in an area where a future building is meant to be built.

The analysis of natural emissions is performed with my body through my Bio-Field (4) as a perception tool which allow me to detect and recognize specific types of subtle information coming from geological substrates.

The analysis of the technical emissions to detect levels of electromagnetic pollution is performed by using professional electronic equipment.

The electromagnetic analysis in steps:

  1. Inspection of the room, area, or territory.

  2. Research and study of the geological, hydrogeological, and lithological data of the area

(geomorphological unit) on which the house has been built or is meant to be built.

  3. Identification of the energy matrix of the territory and the type of energy exchange between

    environment and inhabitants.

  4. Analysis of the natural electromagnetic emissions.

  5. Analysis of the technical electromagnetic emissions by measuring and monitoring the

    emissions with professional equipment.

  6. Processing of the data collected during the analysis, evaluation of the site and study of the

    best applicable solutions.

  7. Drafting of the final report, which will be delivered to the client. The delivery time of the

report can vary from 7 to 21 days depending on the workload.

(1) Geobiophysics:

The Geobiophysical Analysis of the site defines the “Energy Matrix of the territory” which is given by the energy exchange between the geological substrate and the surface, completed by the evaluation of the consequences for living beings, especially on the well-being of the inhabitants.

In fact, if the intensity of the energy emission or the energy absorption of the geological substrate is excessive, chronic stress can be created in people which causes energy blocks due to excessive energy charging or discharging.

Geobiophysical analysis allows us to establish whether in a specific area there is a prevalence of absorbance or emittance in the energy exchange, designating the energy vocation of that area.

(2) Geobiology:

Geobiological analysis deals with the relationship between natural disturbance zones and health.

Natural disturbance zones are energetically active "micro zones" due to geological phenomena such as underground water flows, fracturing lines or dislocation of the substrate rocks, faults and at the points of maximum intensity of the energy grids.

To maintain well-being, it is necessary to avoid exposing yourself to the irradiation of disturbed areas for a long time. The exposure time and the damaging effect on the immune system are decisive.

The irradiation coming from these areas is of low intensity but can cause harmful effects on health (geopathologies) if the exposure is repeated over time for a very high number of hours, therefore the riskiest positions are the fixed ones, as happens for instance for beds or chairs in workplaces.

Furthermore, during sleep hours, the immune system is at its maximum activity and further stimulation of the disturbed area risks triggering the inflammatory-aging-degenerative process of the organic tissues which is at the basis of serious pathologies.

(3) Electrobiology

Electrobiology study the effects that technologies based on electromagnetism have on our health.

The modern living environment also includes electromagnetic emissions due to technology, in particular radio, television, telephony, satellites, the use of cell phones and wi-fi repeaters, the transport of electricity, the use of household appliances with electric motors or transformers.

Like all technologies, these could have two sides: from one hand they are useful, but on the other hand they can also cause harm depending on how they are used.

To produce a complete energy analysis, it is also necessary to know the strength of technological magnetic and electromagnetic fields.

(4) Bio-Field

The dynamic energy field of the organism consist of electromagnetic and possibly other, more subtle fields, with in and surrounding it.

The Bio-Field conveys vital information and is central to integration of the organism, regulate the biochemistry and physiology of the body. It proposed to be a bridge between mind and body by using high speed “wireless” communication system.
