Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle but effective hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural ability to heal, reduce pain and restore normal function. Using very light touch, practitioners contact the inherent sense of health in the body and help support it while tissues and systems re-organise.  

Although the approach seems subtle, the effects can be powerful, aiding in pain relief and encouraging the nervous system, organs and musculoskeletal system to balance and heal.

Jose first became interested in Biodynamic craniosacral therapy after experiencing the profound benefits of this approach herself for chronic back pain. She graduated from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust in 2005 and is a registered practitioner with the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings (IABT).
